1. What is the African net sponge?
It’s a traditional exfoliating sponge known for its stretch, durability, and ability to deeply cleanse the skin. It removes dead skin cells, promotes softness, and leaves your skin glowing.

2. How is the toddler sponge different?
Our toddler sponges are made with the same net material, but they are smaller, softer, and gentler, perfect for little ones’ delicate skin.

3. How do I prepare it before first use?
Soak both the adult and toddler sponge in very hot water for a 5-10minutes before the first use. This softens the fibers and makes it ready for cleansing.

4. Can I use it every day?
Yes! Both versions are safe for daily use on the body. (We recommend not using the adult sponge on the face, and to always be gentle when using the toddler sponge.)

5. How long do they last?
With proper care, the adult sponge lasts 12 months. The toddler sponge can also last several months with gentle use.

6. How do I clean and store it?
Rinse well after each use and hang it to air-dry. The open mesh design helps it dry fast and stay fresh. For a deeper clean, you can:

• Soak in hot water with a splash of vinegar

• Or toss it in the washing machine (delicate cycle, air-dry after)

7. What sizes are available?
The adult sponge is long and stretchy, ideal for full-body exfoliation.
The toddler sponge is smaller and easier to hold, perfect for parents or little hands.
